Fitness is a journey, not an end destination. You can try to justify the hell out of your reasoning and demote that saying, but it stands as a true fact. Fitness is a never ending, ever evolving journey. So the next time in your journey you see a program that can get you “fit” in 90-days, realize you MIGHT be more fit after you go through the program, but that does not mean you are fit for life. Continue to strive for a better “something” to continue to push and define your fitness journey. Your consistency will be better than the 3 month “balls to the wall” approach.
