CLA DOESN’T WORK… STOP USING IT FOR PETE’S SAKE
Luckily for you… We like what the research really shows and the verbiage (aka garbage) that is thrown at people really says.
“Takes 12 weeks for this to start working” – means they have no clue how the hell the body works.
We could go on and on about this garbage that is thrown out there. Marketing has gotten very clever at how they word things, or what “studies” they are referring to. That’s why we don’t do any marketing to “sell” anything. We are going to keep it 100% real with you. We will leave the selling to the people who have a silver tongue and low ethics.
After an 8-week intervention. “No main effect or Group × Time interaction was found for total cholesterol, triglycerides, and plasma lipoproteins (p > .05). We conclude that CLA supplementation associated with aerobic exercise has no effect on body fat reduction and lipid profile improvements over placebo in young adult obese women.”…. do you really think the body is going to respond in a more positive fashion over another 4 weeks of taking a supplement? Do you know how the body works? If over an 8 week period the bodies showed no difference between group that took the cla versus the group that didn’t, that means CLA for the most part, does not have a direct effect on the bodies ability to burn more fat. Your body will respond POSITIVELY to a supplement within the first week or two given all other variables are the same. Simple science.
